We believe NOW Matters.

Now, more than ever, we need New Outcomes Where it Matters. Where we work. Where we live.

Where our children go to school. Where we and our parents age. We must hit the target AND the point.

Around 2005, while working at the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), my focus became clear;

I wanted to help large systems deliver better for people, do big things, and use technology to drive innovation. My journey from NAPA took me to the White House, Amazon Web Services, a 150M pound investment company in the UK, Georgetown University, and Booz Allen Hamilton. At every step, I’ve led with urgency

to have impact for people, find innovation in the white space between silos, embrace momentum to

create more momentum, make our world a better place, and have fun along the way.

Over the years, I’ve built tools to help me achieve the change I’m trying to affect. They are frameworks that

I often scribble on a napkin or white board that colleagues and new acquaintances have found helpful in their efforts to take action. This site is mostly made up of those frameworks. The desire is to share them broadly

to help more people have something that could be helpful to lead and affect change.

My goal, as always, is to help people positively affect themselves and the world. To realize that it’s never too late to change, to have impact, or to help those in your community have a better life. I still believe in people

and their desire to positively affect their world. If I can help you in any way to do that, please reach out.

If you need help understanding a framework or how to apply the thinking to your current situation,

I’m here to help. NOW. Not later.

Let’s do it NOW.
