An organization comprises resources and processes that yield an output. It also has values, or culture, that shapes how to create this output. While the organization constantly enhances itself through gradual, incremental change, the only way to achieve transformational change is for the organization to value that change. Leadership needs to clearly articulate the case for change and get the organization’s culture in line with that mindset.
