There are two types of change in an organization: incremental and transformative. By defining which type of change your organization wants/needs, the better the chance of it succeeding. Incremental change is taking lessons from the past, applying them to your present and affecting your future. Transformative change flips things on their head and disrupts conventional thinking and doing.
