Awareness and Support
Many change initiatives fail because of lack of adoption by those in the company. Awareness of the initiative will not directly lead to staff taking action. After becoming aware, they need to completely understand it. Then they need to internalize the change, what it means for them, and why they should do it. Once that happens, they will then do it. An awareness and support matrix, along with staff surveys, can quantify the adoption rate and expectations for success.
